Asmita Pathak the founder of Ambey Enterprises started this in May 2017 with a vision to provide a one stop solution for all the Regulatory services and Approvals for Solar Developers. She is an Acrediated Chartered Engineer from Ministry of New and Renewable Energy . She has also done MBA in Power Management from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Dehradun. Well aware about Financial assistance/Closure procedure for Solar sector by SIDBI and NABARD. She has a profound work experience of more than 5 years of working in Sales, Liasioning , Project Development , Training and Development in solar Industry.

She was appointed by HAREDA as a solar consultant and profound speaker of HAREDA’s solar awareness program in rural areas of Haryana. She has been on the peer review team of the same and educated a number of people under this program.

She is a Government approved valuer for Solar Projects . She has been appointed by MES as a Solar Consultant and assisted them in a number of projects . She has a profound experience of working and assisting in 1000+ MW of Ground Mounted, Rooftop , Canal top and Floating Solar power plants with the leading Solar Developers , IPPs and EPC companies .
